  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

⏱ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be shipped promptly.

🚛 Shipping Method & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Service.

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 4 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

📦 Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking allows you to follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, natural events, or USPS delays.

  • Such circumstances are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience in these rare cases.

🛡 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at vesselveda@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

  • In the event of a lost package, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
